Specstamp LLC ("Specstamp", "we") prepares lien-search reports on Florida properties. The report is information from public records and from city lien letters, as of the date shown on each line.

It is not title insurance, a guarantee, or legal advice. Lines marked Not run or Not clear were not checked and are not a zero balance.

Price: a $20.00 Specstamp fee per property. A city's lien-letter fee, if you order one, is passed through at cost and shown before you pay. Payment is by card.
