Refunds

Specstamp LLC ("Specstamp", "we") refunds the $20 Specstamp fee in full if we do not deliver the report within 2 business days (Broward automated report), or if we cannot identify the property.

A city's fee is refundable until the city request is submitted. After that it is the city's, and not refundable.

Refunds go back to the card used. To ask, write to hello@specstamp.com with the property.
